In line with the mandate of Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Openness, the Ministry of Transportation has made several efforts to harmonize legal aspects by establishing Minister of Transportation Regulation Number PM. 72 of 2010 concerning Standards for Public Information Service Operational Procedures within the Ministry of Transportation, and Instruction of the Minister of Transportation Number: IM 6 of 2010 concerning Management Steps and Public Information Services in the Ministry of Transportation established on December 23, 2010.
